Full Wedding Planning and Coordination

This package was designed for couples who are too busy to plan all the details of their wedding themselves and don’t want to get overwhelmed with it all.  The months ahead should be filled with happiness and excitement, not stress!  This package will guide you through the entire process, step by step, and give you the flexibility to be as involved as you want to be, and let someone else handle it when you don’t.  We’ll hold your hand the entire way!

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom

  • Create wedding budget spreadsheet/ help maintaining it

  • Conceptual development- assist with theme, colors, ambiance, design & coordination

  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception locations

  • Recommend, negotiate and assist with selecting vendors most appropriate to your budget, style and needs

  • Assist with all vendor contracts, deposits and payments

  • Serve as liaison between vendors and clients to ensure needs are met

  • Unlimited email communication and up to 20 hours of calls or in-person meetings

  • Assistance with the layout

  • Develop complete wedding day timeline, including formal reception program

  • Sends timeline and confirms receipt with all vendors, including arrival times on the wedding day

  • Assistance with paper element needs as requested (save the dates, invitations, ceremony programs, menu cards, escort cards, etc.)

  • Assistance with photo shot list and song list as needed (template examples provided)

  • Final wrap-up meeting prior to wedding day

  • Supervise ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

  • One assistant on the wedding day is included in this package

  • On-site coordination on day of wedding (up to 10 hours indoors, up to 12 hours outdoors)

  • Dress tables according to specifications of bride & groom

  • Oversee entire set-up

  • Assist with set up as needed

  • Direct bride, groom and vendors in accordance with wedding day timeline

  • Direct processional

  • Confirm seating arrangements at reception site

  • Deliver all payments and gratuities to all wedding vendors for you
